Kelsie

Kelsie is a Client Care Agent working alongside Clearspring Animal Hospital to help support the needs of both clients and their pets. Her role is focused on ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience while reducing the administrative tasks for the practice staff, enabling them to focus on providing high-quality, in-person care and enhancing the overall client and pet experience! 

Kelsie graduated from the Medical Office Assistant program in 2016. After working in the human medical field, Kelsie decided it was time for a change and she enrolled in college to complete the Veterinary Administrative Assistant program and graduated in late 2021. She has loved every minute working with furry family members! She’s done roles from the front end to the back of the clinic and now will be another voice you can hear on the phone! 

When she’s not working, you can find her snuggling with her two pups, Murphy and Bonnie.
